This is a site where you can learn to design and build 3D games using the free and open source Blender application.   You do not need to have any previous experience with computers to use this site.

The strategy is to provide a series of increasingly sophisticated games for you to learn how to build. For each game we will have a variety of learning aids including traditional written tutorials, video tutorials, sample games, videos of the sample games being played, instructions on how to create your own game project page and to link it to this main site, opportunities to comment on the work of others (games, tutorials, videos) and to get comments on your work.

You can get started by looking at the Gallery to see some of the games that have been developed.

If you want to start learning, then you should proceed to the Jenga meta-game in which you learn how to move virtual blocks in a virtual tower and then invoke a Physics simulator to see if the block tower remains standing or if it collapses.

You can get access to all of the blender games and components used on this site by visiting the BlenderGameProjects github site and clicking on the "download" button to select a ".zip" format for your download.
